If you’d like to delete your Janmasūtram account and the data associated with it, send us an email request using the steps below.
How to request deletion
Send your request to: janamsutram@gmail.com
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your registered email address (the one used to sign in to Janmasūtram)
- The name shown on your account
- Whether you want your entire account deleted, or only specific client/chart data removed while keeping your account active
What happens next
We will process your request and delete your account and associated data — including your profile, saved client records, and birth chart data — within 7 business days of receiving your email.
Data we may retain
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, billing records, if applicable). Any such data is deleted once the retention period expires.
